Your first consultation

Because most areas of family law are well settled, we will be able to provide you with a clear vision of what represents a good outcome in your unique circumstances – during the first consultation. This preliminary advice will be based on your unique factual circumstances, the available evidence and the law as it applies to you.

During your first consultation, we will discuss the various settlement options available to you having regard to the individual circumstances of your case.
